Dear Jason,

Please come join us Sunday, January 31st as Broadway Wine & Spirits and Cafe Mangia team up to give you a fantastic evening filled with great food, fun, and friends. You will experience an assortment of fine wine from around the world over a first class menu hand crafted by Cafe Mangia's Chef Jason Sherman. Guest speaker Jason Scalise of Broadway Wine & Spirits will be on hand to educate us as we walk through this exclusive event.

Passed Hors D'Oeuvres

The evening will begin with an assortment of Passed Hors D'Oeuvres including puff pastry stuffed with apple and bacon topped with gorganzola cheese, white bean prosciutto bruschetta, and wild berries tossed with local goat cheese served in a phyllo dough cup.

First Course

The first course of the evening will be a mixed green citrus salad tossed with roasted pecans, red onions and local goat cheese finished in a raspberry vinaigrette.
